Festive Goodies For Families In Need
Balboa helped Rotary Central in gathering some goods and presents for two families in need this Christmas season.
Santa’s elves, Fiona and Susan enjoyed picking, packing and delivering some festive goodies.

Bringing The Christmas Cheer
Balboa, working with Rotary Central Cayman Islands and the Needs Assessment Unit, donated a box full of goodies to a family in need.
This has been a difficult year for many and whilst we are very thankful for our health and COVID-19 free community, we still need to reach out to help those struggling.
Hopefully this will bring some cheer to a family this Christmas.

Rotaract Blue "Best Foot Forward" Campaign
Balboa wears orange and supports the “Put Your Best Foot Forward” initiative, to help raise funds for shoes 👞 for school children.
Organised by Rotaract Blue Cayman Islands – the Orange dress down day is held annual to get shoes for children going back to school.

Rotaract Blue "Best Foot Forward" Campaign
“Balboa recently wore orange and donated towards Rotaract Blue’s ‘Best Foot Forward’ campaign to provide new school shoes for kids of struggling families to start the new school year.
Rotaract provided over 90 pairs of shoes to children identified by the needs assessment unit. Rotaract is a service organization in Grand Cayman for 18-30 year old students and professionals.”

Junior Achievement
June 2017. Balboa sponsored a Quiz team at the Junior Achievement (JA) Quiz series again this year.
Seen here is the team ‘Space Monkey Mafia” with Fiona and Bob Moseley and Phil and Maz Slater – the team came first in the first round, here’s hoping the winning streak will continue for the next 2 rounds!

Junior Achievement
Balboa donated CI$400 to Junior Achievement this week when it participated in their corporate Quiz fundraiser. Mrs. Moseley and her quiz team team, “Space Monkey Mafia” won 3rd place. The next round will be held on May 1th.
Junior Achievement is a not for profit organization that ensures that every child has a fundamental understanding of the free enterprise system by educating and inspiring young people to value free enterprise, business, and economics in order to improve the quality of their lives.
